Contract Learning and Development Facilitator
Shockingly Different Leadership
• Facilitate training programs for Shockingly Different Leadership's clients. • Provide follow-up consultation with SDL staff and SDL client managers, once training is complete. • Demonstrate advanced facilitation skills. • Provide general consulting for facilitation and project implementation. • Learning program delivery, including course preparation, communication to participants, logistic prep, and follow up. • Assist SDL Learning and Development staff with Design and Curriculum Management in development of L&D content by providing business acumen, knowledge and expertise relative to achieving the Learning objectives and priorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Learning and Development, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Adult Education or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training delivery, training facilitation, or a combination of both.
- 5+ years of training delivery and facilitation experience.
- Ability to train and provide feedback to SDL clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles.
- Supervisory or management experience highly desired.
- Strong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation style.
