Job Description We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Team Assistant to support the Global Security organization, covering areas such as Information Security, Compliance, GRC, and Security Operations. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the team, supports administrative processes, and assists with coordination across ongoing security initiatives. You do not need to be a security expert - but someone with strong organizational ability, a willingness to learn, and an interest in security topics. Supporting a small team of Security experts and liaising with wider Security stakeholders across the organization, you will have an opportunity to learn more about the workings of operational and information security in a SaaS organization. Key Responsibilities Team & Operational Support - Maintain and update team documentation (e.g., process notes, trackers, security templates, shared folders). - Support the team in tracking actions, deliverables, and internal deadlines (e.g., audits, customer questionnaires, internal reviews). - Assist in preparing materials such as briefing notes, slide decks, reports, summaries, and status updates. - Coordinate cross‑functional information gathering for ongoing work (e.g., contacting stakeholders for evidence, updates, or approvals). Communication & Coordination - Act as a first point of contact for internal queries directed to the Security Team (triage messages, route to the correct team member, ensure timely follow‑up). - Help maintain structured communication channels, including Teams groups, shared inboxes, SharePoint pages, and intranet updates. - Draft simple internal communications or updates for employees (e.g., reminders, awareness notices) based on guidance from the security team. Project & Process Assistance - Support Security, Compliance, and GRC initiatives by keeping trackers up to date (e.g., improvement actions, audit evidence, risk logs, supplier assessments). - Help prepare materials for certification activities (ISO, SOC, C5, Cyber Essentials), customer questionnaires, or internal audits. - Assist with coordinating inputs for security assessments, reviews, and project-related tasks. - Maintain structured filing of historical records, reports, and evidence to support audit readiness and team efficiency. General Administrative Support - Ensure the team has organized working structures: shared calendars for key events, documentation libraries, and aligned filing standards. - Manage team logistics such as meeting agendas, notes, follow‑up actions, and maintaining process documents. Qualifications Required - 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or team support role. - Strong organizational skills (ability to track multiple workstreams, deadlines, and documents). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident liaising with stakeholders across the business. - High attention to detail and comfort working with structured documentation. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and general collaboration tools. - A proactive, “go‑to” attitude with a willingness to learn about information security topics. Preferred - Interest in security, compliance, technology, or risk management. - Experience supporting teams that work with structured processes or audits. - Familiarity with project/task management tools e.g., Azure DevOps. - Experience working with data in PowerBI. - Comfort working in a fast‑moving and evolving security environment. • Own end-to-end cybersecurity, information security, and IT security across the company, covering both internal security (breach attempts, internal network monitoring) and product security (product-related threats and risks); • Define, evolve, and execute the company-wide cybersecurity strategy and security roadmap aligned with business and product priorities; • Establish and enforce security policies, standards, procedures, and organization-wide security controls; • Lead security risk management, including risk assessments, risk register ownership, and mitigation planning; • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and manage internal/external audits; • Oversee secure architecture across cloud infrastructure, applications, SDLC, and IAM, including review of critical architectural decisions; • Define and enforce security standards for encryption, key management; • Own security operations, including monitoring, detection, response capabilities, and incident response for critical (P0/P1) events; • Drive Application Security and DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, SCA, CI/CD security controls, threat modeling) in collaboration with engineering teams; • Oversee IAM, endpoint, and workforce security, including access control models, EDR strategy, device security, and joiner/mover/leaver processes; • Lead fraud prevention, vendor security, and internal/external abuse investigation processes, while managing security KPIs, reporting, budget, and team scaling; • Manage a cybersecurity team, including Cloud Security, SOC, Application Security / DevSecOps, Endpoint Security, IAM, and Information Security functions.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across security and technology domains (cloud, network, infrastructure, product, endpoint, third-party) using NIST Risk Management Framework, FAIR methodology, and qualitative/quantitative analysis methods. • Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) on critical systems to determine Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), collaborating with process owners to validate findings and maintain documentation as business operations evolve. • Administer and maintain the security risk register with current and historical records, ensuring comprehensive documentation and audit evidence for regulatory examinations and internal/external audits. • Guide development and documentation of risk treatment plans aligned with enterprise risk appetite, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Legal, DevOps, IT, Security) on prioritization, execution strategies, and integration into product development and operational processes. • Track and validate execution of risk treatment plans, monitoring completion rates, escalating delays, and ensuring residual risk remains within tolerance levels while adjusting plans as needed based on mitigation and remediation progress. • Design and maintain quantifiable risk metrics across exposure measurement, control effectiveness assessment, and risk treatment progress tracking for executive decision-making, with continuous monitoring against organizational risk appetite thresholds via real-time dashboards and reporting. • Analyze emerging threats and regulatory changes to proactively surface new risks and support strategic initiatives including market expansion and new product launches. • Ensure all security and technology risk management activities adhere to applicable financial regulations, industry standards, and relevant frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NDPA, NIST, FAIR). • Support security teams in evaluating third-party and vendor risks, ensuring alignment with organizational security standards and conducting ongoing risk assessments as part of the vendor management program. • Communicate risk findings, assessments, and recommendations in business-relevant terms to stakeholders at all levels, translating technical risk concepts into actionable intelligence for executive leadership and operational teams.
