Invest in us and we’ll invest in you! Job Description Position Overview: Version 1 is seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and advancing our IT Cloud ecosystem, ensuring the design, governance, and operation of enterprise-scale Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions in line with Version 1 standards. Key Responsibilities - Design, govern, and operate Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions to support business objectives. - Define the platform vision for Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform applications/flows, focusing on high-value scenarios such as HR, IT, Procurement, and Sales. - Prioritize and deliver impactful agent use cases across business functions. - Establish and manage environment strategies (Development, Testing, Production). - Implement Data Loss Prevention policies and connector controls. - Oversee solution-based Application Lifecycle Management, including code reviews and Key Vault secret management. - Collaborate with the AI Centre of Excellence to define and enforce guardrails and monitoring frameworks. - Standardize agent lifecycle patterns (prompt architecture, grounding, context windows). - Ensure safety through permission scoping and content filtering. - Lead agent testing initiatives, including red-teaming and evaluation frameworks. - Enable citizen developers through tiered pathways, templates, and office hours support. - Monitor platform usage, exceptions, and compute resources. - Manage deprecation lifecycle for outdated solutions. - Oversee cost management, including licensing and premium connector usage. Additional Responsibilities - Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments across Development, UAT, and Production. - Assist in release management processes and deployment pipelines for Dynamics CRM solutions. - Plan and execute Dynamics CRM platform updates, patches, and version upgrades. - Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and system health monitoring for CRM infrastructure. - Manage Dataverse governance across both CRM and Power Platform workloads. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience - Expertise in Power Platform architecture. - Proven experience in Copilot Studio design and Responsible AI practices. - Proficiency with CoE (Center of Excellence) toolkit and Maker enablement strategies. - Strong product and process-oriented mindset. Desirable Skills - Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments and release cycles. - Knowledge of Dynamics CRM solution architecture and Application Lifecycle Management. - Knowledge of Dataverse architecture and its relationship to Dynamics CRM would be beneficial.
