Senior Manager, Data Analytics

• Define and execute a forward-looking analytics and reporting strategy aligned to business goals. Elevate analytics from reporting to actionable, decision-driving insights. • Lead the design and optimization of enterprise dashboards and semantic models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Drive effective use of Power BI Copilot and advanced DAX to improve speed, performance, and scalability. • Champion responsible use of AI tools - including generative AI and analytics copilots - to accelerate insight discovery, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making. • Support evolution toward domain-oriented data ownership and native data products. Ensure data products are fit-for-purpose, governed, reusable, and insight-ready. • Build and mature a governed self-service analytics environment that empowers business stakeholders while maintaining data quality and compliance. • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting. Balance innovation with execution discipline. • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team. Partner closely with Product, Operations, Client Success, and executive leadership to translate business needs into measurable impact. • Comply with Icario's compliance and security policies, complete all required training, and safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Icario's PHI and PII. • Additional duties as assigned • Embody Icario’s values

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in data analytics, including senior leadership experience (healthcare preferred).
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, semantic modeling, DAX optimization, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging Power BI Copilot and AI-driven analytics tools.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience implementing Data Mesh concepts and data product strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and scale self-service analytics environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to move beyond descriptive reporting into diagnostic and strategic insights.
  • Strong execution mindset with a track record of delivering reliable reporting at scale.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
