About the Role We are looking for a skilled Certinia Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Certinia (FinancialForce) ecosystem. This role requires strong technical expertise in Apex development, Certinia APIs, and integration with external systems. Key Responsibilities · Develop and customize Certinia applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Certinia APIs. · Implement complex workflows, triggers, and automation to support business requirements. · Collaborate with administrators and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. · Ensure compliance with Salesforce and Certinia development best practices. · Stay up-to-date with Certinia and Salesforce releases, leveraging new features for optimization. · Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. · Support integration projects with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. · Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards. • Write high-quality code for complex scenarios with good test coverage. • Review and translate product requirements into robust designs to ensure high-quality distributed application systems that are modular, configurable, reusable, fast, effective, user-friendly, secure, compliant, scalable, and maintainable. • Lead design and code reviews of multiple applications to ensure best practices, adherence to Mercury standards, and high quality. • Lead the sprint team to deliver new or improved features, addressing any impediments to delivering high-quality solutions in the sprint backlog. • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of intended functionality. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within Mercury engineering.

• Designing, developing, and optimizing ABAP programs in SAP systems. • Debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs as needed. • Designing, adjusting Adobe Forms and migrate to it from SAP Script and Smartforms. • Support by Output management configuration. • Supporting data migration projects. • Supporting SAP upgrades and enhancements. • Coordinating with teams across different locations to ensure seamless project execution.

Design and build applications to meet business requirements, implement software development best practices, conduct thorough testing and debugging, and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative learning environment.
