About the Role We are looking for a skilled Certinia Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Certinia (FinancialForce) ecosystem. This role requires strong technical expertise in Apex development, Certinia APIs, and integration with external systems. Key Responsibilities · Develop and customize Certinia applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Certinia APIs. · Implement complex workflows, triggers, and automation to support business requirements. · Collaborate with administrators and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. · Ensure compliance with Salesforce and Certinia development best practices. · Stay up-to-date with Certinia and Salesforce releases, leveraging new features for optimization. · Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. · Support integration projects with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. · Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards. What will you be doing? - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and modules aligned with business requirements - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct design discussions, support UAT, and provide training - Develop and enhance service catalog, workflows/flows, and service portal to improve user experience - Utilize ServiceNow capabilities such as business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to build efficient solutions - Perform regression testing during platform upgrades to ensure stability and performance - Manage day-to-day BAU activities including discovery, monitoring schedules, and resolving errors - Collaborate with server, network, and CMDB teams to extend discovery across infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure, OCI, AWS) We are looking for someone having: - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer - Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory - Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITBM - Hands-on experience in service catalog, workflow/flow development, and service portal/employee center - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with REST API integrations - Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and troubleshooting - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders Nice to have: - ServiceNow Application Developer certification - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Additional Requirement: - Willingness to work with an overlap with US business hours to support global stakeholders Why work with us?
