Your responsibilities will include - - End of month preparation including journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations. - Preparation of bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations. - Maintaining accuracy of the general ledger. - Providing variance analysis and other supplementary reporting to management and as required for US reporting purposes. - Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting. - Assisting with compliance with Internal Controls. - Assisting with various projects and business improvement initiatives. - Assisting with auditor queries as required. About You Ideally you will display - - Previous accounting or finance officer experience of at least 12 months. - Minimum requirement - studying towards Accounting bachelor degree. - Understanding of AR, AP and GL modules within a commercial environment. - Medium to high level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Well developed interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt your communication to suit different internal stakeholders. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise your work in an agile way. - A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on seeking out continuous improvement opportunities.
