• Lead the design and development of large-scale communications Distributed Antennas Systems (DAS) in major venues (e.g. airports, stadiums, enterprise facilities), in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering leads and senior management. • Manage Systems Architecture team and Product team in identifying system requirements and developing the platform architecture. Lead all technical activities to characterize, verify and validate system design and performance. • Lead team across all project plans, track team progress, and drive resources to meet engineering commitments. Manage JMA relationships during construction while providing oversight of contractors. • Review project contracts, and ensure team is delivering projects and work product according to contract and customer specifications.
