Deine Rolle bei Ocumeda Als Medical Partner Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit unserem CMO zusammen und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres bundesweiten Versorgungsnetzwerks. Netzwerk & Partnerschaften - Aufbau und Pflege eines deutschlandweiten Netzwerks aus Augenarztpraxen und Kliniken. - Gewinnung neuer Kooperationspartner für strukturierte Weiterbetreuung auffälliger Fälle. - Abstimmung von Termin-Slots und Versorgungsprozessen mit Praxen. - Entwicklung langfristiger, strategischer Partnerschaften im Gesundheitswesen. Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit dem CMO - Enge operative und strategische Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CMO. - Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Marktanalysen und Partner-Updates. - Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer medizinischen Partnerstrategie. - Vorbereitung wichtiger Management- und Board-Präsentationen. KOL-Management - Identifikation und Aufbau von Beziehungen zu relevanten Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in der Ophthalmologie. - Betreuung und strategische Einbindung bestehender KOLs. - Koordination von Advisory Boards und fachlichen Austauschformaten. - Sicherstellung einer konsistenten, hochwertigen medizinischen Positionierung von Ocumeda. Partner-Onboarding - Begleitung neuer Partnerpraxen beim Onboarding in unsere Versorgungsprozesse. - Grundverständnis für digitale Schnittstellen, Praxissoftware-Integration und Datenflüsse. - Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Tech-Team bei systemseitigen Fragestellungen. Das bringst du mit Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die medizinisches Verständnis, analytische Stärke und Beziehungsmanagement vereint. - Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizin, Life Sciences, Gesundheitsökonomie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. - Du bringst Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen mit (z. B. MedTech, Digital Health, Pharma, Netzwerkaufbau oder strategische Projekte). - Du bist erfahren und souverän im Austausch mit niedergelassenen Fachärzt:innen oder Kliniken. - Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen sowie strategischen Entscheidungsunterlagen. - Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und eigenverantwortlich. - Du bist bereit zu reisen. - Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) mit.
