Dans ce rôle, vous veillerez au respect des SLA et KPI clés pour soutenir l’expérience client globale, représenter la Supply Chain d’Under Armour auprès des clients et développer le potentiel de vos collaborateurs directs. Ce poste implique une collaboration avec la direction Supply Chain et la gestion des parties prenantes pour assurer un carnet de commandes cohérent et précis ainsi qu’un service optimal pour nos clients. Il requiert un mélange d’analyse, de réflexion stratégique et une capacité à communiquer clairement avec les clients et au sein de la matrice interne. Ce rôle consiste à guider les représentants du service client dans « l’exécution au quotidien », tout en se concentrant sur « la planification pour demain ». Vous serez le visage d’Under Armour auprès des clients et celui de la Supply Chain auprès de votre POD, tout en élaborant des feuilles de route stratégiques et en collaborant avec les équipes spécialisées au sein du pilier. Vous interagirez étroitement avec les autres piliers de la Supply Chain, notamment la Logistique et la Distribution. De plus, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe commerciale régionale et les planificateurs. Des déplacements vers notre hub régional ainsi que des visites régulières chez nos clients clés sont à prévoir. Your Impact 50 % gestion et analyse commerciale, 50 % management et développement d’équipe - Gérer les processus « Order to Cash » pour le groupe de comptes/POD, incluant la saisie des commandes, échantillons, lancements, suivi des indicateurs de gestion du carnet de commandes (suivi, commandes en attente, dates de début d’expédition, rapprochements, écarts, tc.), délais de réponse, reporting, audits et gestion des e-mails afin de soutenir les objectifs commerciaux et offrir un service de premier ordre. - Accompagner les collaborateurs directs dans la gestion et la conversion du carnet de commandes via des réunions hebdomadaires d’équipe et individuelles ; traiter les escalades et apporter le soutien nécessaire. - Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes transverses sur les SLA clés impactant le service, incluant taux de remplissage, exécution des commandes, exactitude des stocks, reporting ATP et performance/précision des processus en entrepôt. - Soutenir le Directeur des Services Comptes, Opérations Stratégiques & Conformité Client dans la préparation des rapports, des supports de formation et la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux dans les délais impartis. - Assister le pilier Distribution dans le routage et la prévision des flux de commandes. - Examiner les modèles de service et anticiper les zones de performance insuffisante afin de respecter les SLA. - Piloter activement le processus « Running-the-business » du POD pour anticiper les évolutions actuelles et futures du carnet de commandes par rapport aux objectifs des comptes et gérer la planification des entrées avec les clients. - Collaborer avec les pairs sur des initiatives stratégiques alignées avec le LRP et les plans d’expansion du POD, partager les meilleures pratiques et opportunités. Être responsable de la livraison des feuilles de route des comptes : économies, gains d’efficacité et améliorations du service. - Travailler avec les experts des autres piliers Supply Chain pour faciliter les réunions/appels clients clés. - Être Superutilisateur des systèmes et assurer le support sur BI/Power BI, ERP, SAP & Tableau, y compris la formation et le déploiement auprès de l’équipe. - Gérer les entretiens individuels des membres de l’équipe et les plans de développement convenus mutuellement. Gestion des processus : - Expérience en gestion de processus/service client requise pour répondre aux exigences de service et clients (ex. : B2B, outils CRM, tableaux de bord). - Maîtrise et exécution de la gestion de bout en bout de l’exécution des commandes. - Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour améliorer le service et les spécificités du carnet de commandes par compte, en tenant compte de l’expérience client et des coûts. Définir les indicateurs de succès et analyser les bénéfices. Communication : - Forte collaboration transversale, écrite et orale, avec les équipes commerciales et les parties prenantes internes et externes. Fréquence : quotidienne à mensuelle. - Responsable d’une communication claire, concise et précise à tous les niveaux. Capable de communiquer les stratégies clés ainsi que les perturbations de service en interne et en externe. - Efficace pour signaler les risques et opportunités aux équipes dirigeantes et présenter des solutions ou scénarios d’atténuation lorsque possible.
