• Apply project management methodologies such as PMP and Agile to plan, execute, and close projects effectively • Utilize schedule and budget tracking tools (e.g., MS Project) to monitor project progress, timelines, and financials • Implement risk assessment frameworks to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks • Manage centralized repositories (e.g., Jira) to ensure all project documentation, tasks, and communications are organized and accessible • Create and maintain governance documentation to ensure projects comply with organizational standards and regulations • Facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to use project deliverables • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and strategic plans • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders through regular updates and reports • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations • Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment that encourages team engagement and productivity • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects • Stay current with emerging project management technologies, trends, and best practices • Participate in the procurement and evaluation of project management tools and software • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all project management efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMP and Agile
  • Experience using schedule and budget tracking tools (e.g., MS Project)
  • Strong skills in implementing and managing risk assessment frameworks
  • Experience with centralized repository management tools (e.g., Jira)
