Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related support function within a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with GTM motions across Sales and CSM teams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with different stakeholder groups
- Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, LMS), CRMs like Salesforce, and content management platforms preferred
- Preferred working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), including core concepts and real-world application
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
