About the Role We are searching for our first Revenue Operations Analyst to create and maintain our infrastructure and processes across our sales and marketing teams, clean data, create dashboards to report on sales performance as well as other metrics, and ideate and implement solutions with leadership on sales enablement and training initiatives as the company scales. The Accounting Manager will partner closely with senior leaders, support strategic initiatives, and help mature financial processes and systems to support long-term scalability. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own the monthly close processes, including reconciliations and preparation of accurate financial statements. - Manage all core accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Oversee tax compliance processes, including sales and use tax and franchise tax reporting. - Lead and support annual audit activities and act as the primary accounting contact for auditors. - Serve as the primary finance and accounting partner for fundraising-related financial due diligence. - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to evaluate the financial impact of key business initiatives. - Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting and metrics to executive leadership and the Board. - Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial targets and operational needs are met. - Continuously improve accounting processes, controls, and systems to support scalability and efficiency. WHAT YOU WILL NEED - Active CPA license with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a recurring-revenue or technology-enabled business. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance requirements. - Experience owning the month-end close process and managing AP and AR functions end to end. - Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts for subscription or recurring revenue models. - Experience supporting audits and financial due diligence processes. - Proficiency with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights. - Excellent communication skills and comfort partnering with senior leadership. - Self-starter mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
