Role Description - Assurer le pilotage et la coordination SI sur les paiements. - Piloter la réalisation d’outils digitaux. - Maximiser la valeur du produit résultant du travail de l’équipe de développement et avec l’éditeur. - Assurer la responsabilité de la roadmap et du backlog de son produit. - Assurer la responsabilité du marketing produit et la bonne prise en compte des bénéfices attendues des parties prenantes au produit (business et utilisateur). - Favoriser l’embarquement de l’équipe notamment via la communication autour de la vision du produit. Activités : - Maximiser la valeur du produit de façon itérative. - Définir une vision marketing du produit (échelle de temps court/moyen terme). - Identifier les utilisateurs du produit, leurs attentes et les bénéfices que le produit leur apportera en s’appuyant sur des indicateurs concrets. - Identifier et prioriser les réponses (aux US) qui apportent le plus de valeur aux utilisateurs. - Incarner, partager cette vision auprès de l’équipe et de l’organisation de différentes manières. - Mesurer la valeur du produit délivré dans un souci d’amélioration continue. - Gérer le Backlog produit : - Ordonnancer le contenu du Backlog produit. - Maintenir à jour le Backlog produit et chercher en permanence à maximiser sa valeur. - S’assurer que le Backlog produit est visible, transparent et compréhensible pour tous et qu’il montre ce sur quoi l’équipe produit travaillera prochainement. - Contribuer à la rédaction des items du backlog produit (user story, améliorations, correctifs, exigences règlementaires). - Mettre en place les actions pour embarquer l'équipe, porter le sens et favoriser l’adhésion. - Récolter le feedback auprès des utilisateurs du produit. - S’assurer de l’utilité et de l’utilisabilité de son produit. - Organiser et cultiver le dialogue entre les parties prenantes (utilisateurs, représentants du client) pour faire vivre et évoluer la trajectoire du produit. - Contribuer lorsque vous êtes concernés à la résolution des obstacles rencontrés par l’équipe. - Participation aux VSR et à la gestion/résolution des incidents. Qualifications - Niveau d’Etude / Diplôme : Bac+4/5 - Niveau d’Expérience : au moins 10 ans d’expérience en SI (éditeurs, SSII, banque) sur le métier bancaire plus particulièrement sur la tenue de compte et les moyens de paiement et de la banque à distance. Expérience dans la gestion de produit SI en intégralité. Requirements - Gestion de produit, planification. - Accompagnement du changement. - Maitrise outils bureautique (Excel, Word, et notamment Powerpoint). - Connaissance de la banque en ligne. - Connaissance des Moyens de paiement (SEPA, international, IP) et la Tenue de compte. - Rédiger & formaliser des documents. - Accepter la complexité en adoptant une approche empirique. - Savoir élaborer une stratégie business en utilisant un ou plusieurs modèles. - Etre capable de comprendre et d’agréger les problématiques clients/usagers. - Accompagner le changement. - Posséder une connaissance de Scrum et/ou de l’Agilité. - Savoir transcrire les problématiques des usagers. - Savoir travailler en mode produit. - Avoir une vision customer centric (centrée client) et savoir marketer son produit. - Sens de l’anticipation. - Capacité à échanger/Négocier. - Capacité à Travailler en mode projet. - Capacité à animer un collectif. - Capacité à résumer des problématiques bancaires complexes pour la Direction. - Rigueur méthodologique. - Dynamique. - Apporteur de solution. - Savoir collaborer avec l’équipe de développement à la rédaction des items du Backlog Produit (User-Story, améliorations, correctifs…). - Veille technologique / Créativité et innovation. - Savoir coopérer avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes. - Être pourvu d’un excellent relationnel. - Avoir du leadership. - Bonne gestion du stress.
