Job Description

Middle QA Engineer

WeSoftYou Inc.

• Perform end-to-end manual testing across the full product lifecycle, including development, validation, and release phases • Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing • Take full ownership of the QA process, ensuring consistent product quality across all releases • Independently validate and approve releases, ensuring platform stability and readiness for deployment • Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve product quality • Continuously enhance QA processes, methodologies, and documentation standards • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience working across the full product lifecycle in Agile environments
  • Solid expertise in manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Good understanding of QA methodologies and test automation principles
  • Proven ability to take ownership of testing processes and make release decisions independently
  • Experience with test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
