Qualifications - 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience in an outsourced/outstaff company; - Good understanding of the IT Market; - Experience in hiring engineers in Ukraine, Europe/Latin America; - Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); - Experience working with ATS system, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search; - Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel / Docs for tracking and reporting; - Attention to detail, structured work approach, and ability to handle 2-3 vacancies at once; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Support Senior BA in requirements elicitation and analysis during the Discovery phase • Assist in preparing key project artifacts (SRS, WBS, Feature List, user stories, flow diagrams, mind maps) • Participate in client meetings as an active contributor: take structured notes and prepare clarifying questions • Contribute to RFX analysis by reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and assisting in WBS preparation • Support internal estimation and pre-sales discussions • Conduct competitor research and assist with scope analysis under supervision • Prepare and maintain structured requirements documentation (SRS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, WBS) • Keep requirements and project documentation up to date in line with versioning standards • Support backlog management in Jira (create and update tasks based on approved changes • Track scope changes and escalate discrepancies when identified • Participate in grooming, sprint planning, and estimation meetings • Clarify requirements with developers and QA engineers • Monitor implementation of approved changes and perform basic business validation in staging/UAT environments • Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and scope changes to Senior BA/PM

• Designing and building backend services that power financial operations - payments, ledgers, transaction processing, and compliance workflows • Integrating with external payment providers, banking APIs, and crypto infrastructure • Owning complex backend logic while contributing to React-based frontend when needed • Ensuring financial data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across the stack • Collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders who speak the language of finance

• You'll be joining an existing remote engineering team building and maintaining an internal automation platform. • You'll own Python services end-to-end: designing the automation logic, running it in production, handling failures, and verifying real-world outputs. • Build and maintain browser automation workflows using Playwright against real-world web portals • Own Python services from design to production - orchestration, error handling, monitoring • Design and implement retry logic, alerting, and failure recovery for production-grade automations • Work with workflow orchestration tools (Prefect) to schedule and manage data pipelines • Integrate LLMs and OCR into automation pipelines where needed • Write and maintain SQL queries, work directly with PostgreSQL as the primary data store • Deploy and operate services in AWS using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
