• Lead large-scale, multi-year programs across Finance Data & AI, integrating data modernization, AI-enabled capabilities, and Finance process transformation. • Build and manage end‑to‑end program structures, roadmaps, milestones, risk frameworks, and success metrics. • Ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes aligned with Finance’s strategic goals, regulatory needs, and modernization agenda. • Facilitate strategic planning, aligning resources, roadmaps, and decision-making across the program. • Uphold disciplined governance routines, including portfolio health checks, risk/dependency tracking, and integrated reporting. • Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance Data & AI leadership, helping set strategic priorities and resolve cross‑functional issues. • Partner with the FDIO Change Management lead on the development and execution of change management strategies supporting Finance’s transformation efforts. • Develop and refine executive-ready presentations, briefings, and strategic communications for internal and external audiences.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in program management, transformation, governance, or organizational leadership within Finance, Data, or Technology.
  • Background in Finance operations, AI/ML enablement, data modernization, or digital transformation.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic partner, senior advisor, or operations partner.
  • Proven success leading complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple interdependent workstreams.
  • Strong communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with change management and organizational readiness practices.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% (~ 1x/quarter).
