Role Description We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations. This role will have responsibility & accountability for IT needs, activities associated with implementation of large scale IT changes, changes or customization of business applications to align with Account needs. This role will act as a SPOC for business leadership & client IT teams for all CIO services. The key objective of this role is to drive accountability around committed service levels, drive better end-user & client experience. The individual will need to have a good understanding of business & related IT requirements in order to drive right/prompt solution to issues/problems for respective Account(s). This role would involve working across different Wipro teams and collaborate with & influence various CIO central function to meet business IT priorities of Account. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing a staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop effective strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desired outcome to our organization. - Perform the duties as IT SPOC to Account leadership team for all CIO services - Relationship management with senior leaders within Account & their stakeholders to help superior IT services - Proactively understand opportunities & focus areas and work with larger Wipro/client IT team to create joint action-plan - Lead & take complete accountability post implementation of ODC to build mutual relationship with business leadership & client IT teams - Drive business success & new ways of working across Wipro teams - Send periodic updates about performance of various CIO services - Setup & drive cadence with key stakeholders to collaborate for joint outcomes - Implement IT governance (incl.
