Global Account Manager
GN Group
• Identify customer prospects within large, decentralized complex Global accounts • Utilize solution sales process and CRM to manage customer opportunity pipeline • Develop and leverage reseller and strategic alliance partnerships • Manage individual OPEX within annual finance guidelines • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts • Manage account planning process for assigned Global customers • Regularly assess customer needs and coordinate engagement of support staff • Help customers identify product use cases and deliver customized solutions • Initiate discussions regarding trends affecting success and recommend solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Minimum 7-10 years of National or Global End Customer sales experience
- Experience selling through indirect channels
- Demonstrated experience presenting to groups and ‘C’ level contacts
- Telecommunication/Technology experience
- Enterprise Account Management and Sales Project Management experience is beneficial
- International experience

We're recruiting Loan Processors to support multiple Australian mortgage broking businesses. This is a full-time, work-from-home role suited to someone detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in moving loan files from submission through to settlement. What you'll be doing - Package and prepare loan files for submission - Review documents for accuracy against lender requirements - Follow up clients, brokers, and lenders for outstanding information - Track application progress and update CRM/loan systems - Liaise with lenders, BDMs, valuers, and solicitors as required - Assist with post-approval and settlement coordination - Keep files compliant, complete, and audit-ready About you - Experience in loan processing, mortgage administration, or credit support (AU experience highly regarded) - Sharp attention to detail — you catch what others miss - Able to manage multiple files across different stages simultaneously - Clear communicator, written and verbal - Proactive — you follow up without being asked - Comfortable with CRMs, lender portals, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Nice to have - Knowledge of AU lender policy and submission requirements - Experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, Salestrekker, MyCRM, or similar platforms
