Inside Sales Representative II

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital outreach methods. • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking all activities and opportunities in our CRM system. Use Sales Process knowledge to meet and exceed quota. • Sales Process: Guide accounts through sales process. Conduct Product demonstrations as needed to complete the sales cycle. • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers. • Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and presentations to showcase how our solutions can address customer pain points. • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding of new clients. • Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends. • Ability to travel up to 20% for customer facing sales opportunities
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools; comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes in the market and sales strategies.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
