What you’ll do: Asset Organization & Metadata - Establish and maintain metadata schemas, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and tagging standards. - Ensure all assets are properly cataloged with accurate metadata to maximize searchability and usability. - Conduct quality control to validate metadata accuracy, file formats, and asset completeness. Governance & Access Management - Enforce DAM governance policies including version control, rights management, retention, and archival processes. - Manage user groups, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access based on business needs. - Monitor compliance with licensing, usage rights, and expiration dates for digital assets. Collaboration & Strategy - Partner with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to align DAM structure with content supply chain needs. - Support campaign and product launches by ensuring assets are available, approved, and distributed on time. - Contribute to long-term DAM strategy, including automation, AI/ML tagging, and integration with creative tools and downstream systems.
