Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation
- Experience with complex data models and permission structures
- Comfort working directly with executives and founders
- Advanced spoken English (B2+ - C1 level) for direct communication with US-based teams
- Strong documentation and system-organization skills
- Experience in membership, subscription, or CRM-heavy businesses (Nice to Have)
- Experience cleaning up technical debt in legacy or poorly documented orgs (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to third-party integrations (not required)
- Experience mentoring or leading junior admins (Nice to Have)
- Salesforce Administrator certification (desirable, not a must)
- Familiarity with AI-based workflow acceleration (Nice to Have)

Role Description: Senior Salesforce Administrator Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & CPQ Administrator to join our team and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems.
