Role Description: Senior Salesforce Administrator Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & CPQ Administrator to join our team and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, ensuring they support our business processes effectively and efficiently. This role will work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to manage and enhance Salesforce capabilities to meet our business needs. Responsibilities: - Administer and optimize Salesforce with a strong focus on CPQ, usage-based billing, and revenue workflows. - Configure and support Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, discounting, approvals) for complex quoting and commit-based models. - Triage revenue, billing, and usage data issues, partnering with Engineering and Revenue Operations to identify root causes and drive fixes. - Identify and eliminate manual gaps in CPQ, billing, and revenue processes by working with developers to automate end-to-end flows. - Translate revenue and operational issues into clear Jira stories and requirements for scalable, production-ready solutions. - Own data accuracy across CPQ, billing, and revenue objects through audits, reconciliation, and preventative controls. - Monitor integrations and data syncs impacting revenue, ensuring correctness and reliability. - Build and maintain revenue-focused reports and dashboards for Finance and RevOps. - Provide targeted user support and training related to CPQ, billing, and revenue processes. - Design & Deploy Autonomous Agents: Build and manage Agentforce Service and Sales Agents to automate top-of-funnel lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and routine customer inquiries. - AI-Driven Revenue Workflows: Configure Agentforce Actions and Prompt Templates to automate manual steps in the quoting process (e.g., proactive quote follow-ups or answering product/pricing questions for reps). Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in CPQ. - Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification is a plus. - Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options, CPQ processes, and workflow automation. Proficient in data management and analytics. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions. Bonus: - Experience with integrating Salesforce with other business applications, such as NetSuite ERP or marketing automation systems HubSpot. - Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist (the new 2025/2026 standard) is a major plus. Base Salary – $97,000– $145,000 The base salary range reflects the full range for this position at Wasabi Technologies. At Wasabi, we believe in paying fairly and competitively, and individual compensation is determined based on factors such as job-related experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Base pay is just one part of our total rewards approach. Depending on role eligibility, Wasabi team members may also receive additional compensation and benefits, including bonus or variable compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being.
