Senior Salesforce Administrator – Technical, AI-Enabled, Media Cloud, Agentforce

• Own end-to-end Salesforce configuration across: Objects, fields, record types, page layouts Validation rules, approval processes, and security models Advanced Flow automation • Design and deliver scalable automation and solutions across core clouds and Media Cloud data models • Contribute to implementations involving: Salesforce Media Cloud (complex industry data models, advertising / media workflows) Salesforce Agentforce (AI-driven agent experiences, automation, and augmentation) • Translate business requirements into well-architected, maintainable Salesforce solutions • Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent) as a core delivery capability to: Generate and validate metadata configurations Accelerate Flow design and troubleshooting Assist with complex logic design and edge cases Produce high-quality documentation and test cases • Collaborate with Technical Architects on solution design, trade-offs, and best practices • Perform data modelling and migration , particularly within complex or industry-specific schemas (e.g. Media Cloud) • Manage security models (roles, permission sets, sharing) across complex org structures • Contribute to Agile delivery and DevOps practices : Sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement Structured deployments using Git/SFDX/CI-CD • Lead or support: UAT, regression testing, and release validation Documentation aligned with best practice delivery standards • Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making • Support pre-sales and demo builds , including showcasing Media Cloud and Agentforce capabilities

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a consultancy or complex delivery environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification ( required )
  • Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Consultant certs) strongly preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Flow (essential) Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Exposure to Media Cloud or other Industry Clouds is highly advantageous
  • Working knowledge or strong interest in Agentforce / AI-driven Salesforce capabilities
  • Solid understanding of: Data modelling and relational databases
  • Integration patterns and ETL processes
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to deliver Salesforce solutions — this is essential
  • Including: AI-assisted metadata configuration Flow design and debugging Documentation and testing acceleration
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments (JIRA, Git, SFDX, CI/CD)
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with confidence navigating and improving complex, sometimes undocumented orgs

Role Description: Senior Salesforce Administrator Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & CPQ Administrator to join our team and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, ensuring they support our business processes effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities: - Administer and optimize Salesforce with a strong focus on CPQ, usage-based billing, and revenue workflows. - Configure and support Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, discounting, approvals) for complex quoting and commit-based models. - Triage revenue, billing, and usage data issues, partnering with Engineering and Revenue Operations to identify root causes and drive fixes. - Identify and eliminate manual gaps in CPQ, billing, and revenue processes by working with developers to automate end-to-end flows. - Translate revenue and operational issues into clear Jira stories and requirements for scalable, production-ready solutions. - Own data accuracy across CPQ, billing, and revenue objects through audits, reconciliation, and preventative controls. - Monitor integrations and data syncs impacting revenue, ensuring correctness and reliability. - Build and maintain revenue-focused reports and dashboards for Finance and RevOps. - Provide targeted user support and training related to CPQ, billing, and revenue processes. - Design & Deploy Autonomous Agents: Build and manage Agentforce Service and Sales Agents to automate top-of-funnel lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and routine customer inquiries. - AI-Driven Revenue Workflows: Configure Agentforce Actions and Prompt Templates to automate manual steps in the quoting process (e.g., proactive quote follow-ups or answering product/pricing questions for reps). Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in CPQ. - Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification is a plus. - Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options, CPQ processes, and workflow automation.
