Keysight's Data and Analytics organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate business operations projects, while also providing executive support to the leadership team. This dual role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project timelines, stakeholder relationships, and expectations across cross-functional teams, while ensuring seamless support for executive priorities. Responsibilities Project Management - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and stakeholder relationships. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. - Communicate project status, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. - Support change management activities to drive adoption. - Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with project standards. - Use data and metrics to track performance and support decision-making. Leadership Support - Manage leadership team calendars, including scheduling virtual & onsite meetings and prioritizing commitments. - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries. - Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documentation. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Support day-to-day administrative needs of the leadership team to ensure efficiency. - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. - Facilitate quarterly organization events and meetings. Qualifications - 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful delivery. - Experience providing executive support, including calendar management and travel coordination. - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheets) and productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. - Experience working in cross-functional or global teams is a plus. Desired Skills - Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Familiar with Data Science & AI concepts. - Experience supporting Learning & Development programs or digital training initiatives. - Understanding of change management principles and practices.
