Role Description The Project Experience Analyst supports the design and delivery of engagement, onboarding, and enablement initiatives that help project team members perform effectively, stay connected, and remain engaged throughout the lifecycle of a large transformation program. The role focuses on improving the day‑to‑day experience of project teams by translating feedback into practical actions and delivering high‑quality communications, learning, and engagement touchpoints. Responsibilities - Support the planning and execution of engagement initiatives that strengthen morale, connection, and project culture (e.g., virtual events, recognition, project wide updates). - Coordinate surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to assess team sentiment and identify improvement opportunities. - Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback and synthesize insights into clear themes and recommendations. - Maintain and continuously improve onboarding materials to ensure new team members can ramp up quickly and confidently. - Support learning and enablement sessions (e.g., tools, processes, agile ways of working) by coordinating logistics and follow ups. - Draft clear, concise communications to share updates, learning opportunities, and engagement activities with project teams. - Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders (e.g., Change, PMO, Solution, Learning) to align engagement and enablement efforts. - Track activities, milestones, and outcomes, and support regular status reporting for Project Experience initiatives. Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex information into clear, practical messaging. - Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize feedback and data into actionable insights. - Strong organizational and coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple activities in parallel. - Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving project environments. - Familiarity with project delivery environments (e.g., large programs, agile teams, or public sector contexts) is an asset. - Bilingual and experience in an Agile environment are assets. Requirements - Successful candidates will need to hold or obtain a Reliability Government of Canada security clearance. Role Description The Installation Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation of products, equipment, or systems for clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves coordinating and managing the entire installation process, including logistics, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication between clients, vendors, and installation teams. While the position is remote, the ideal candidate should be located in the Central FL area.
