Job Description 10% Travel Required The Platform Associate is responsible for supporting the athenahealth Electronic Health Record (athenaClinicals) and Practice Management (athenaCollector) applications for Privia Medical Group clinicians. The Platform Associate works closely with the CIT IKS team, EHR Specialists, end-users, and the Privia team to understand functional business requirements, resolve EHR issues, and configure, customize & maintain athena content to support these needs. - Assist in the building out & maintenance of Privia’s athenaOne platform - Routine QA of work - Assist with testing and troubleshooting all aspects of athenaNet - Maintain up-to-date documentation - Manage ongoing communication between multiple stakeholders effectively and timely - Provide remote support to assist w/ EHR issues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software applications - Help onboard Clinical IT members - Walk through athenaOne Functionality with Care Center and Privia Staff - Support data collection related to system configuration - Document, track and take appropriate actions to close or escalate athenaNet incident related issues in a timely manner - Maintains confidentiality and complies with (HIPAA) - Help facilitate the Clinical IT relationship with other Privia teams - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: - Clinical and/or managed care experience or - EHR support - 1+ years of experience in a professional environment - Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology - Experience with data collection and document management - SQL and HTML knowledge - Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations The salary range for this role is $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% .The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
