Das erwartet dich About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Go + React) to help us build and scale our AI platform. This role is highly product-oriented, with a strong focus on rapid iteration, experimentation, and delivering production-ready AI functionality. You will work on building both backend services and user-facing applications that power AI workflows and tools. The ideal candidate combines strong backend engineering in Go, solid frontend expertise in React and TypeScript, and practical experience working with AI systems and LLM-based applications. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of technical initiatives, contribute architectural ideas, and drive projects from concept to production and beyond, while balancing innovation with operational pragmatism. Your Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (Go + React) for our AI platform. - Rapidly iterate and deliver new functionality supporting AI-driven products and internal tools. - Build scalable and reliable backend services in Go. - Develop and maintain frontend applications using React. - Design and implement APIs and integrations between services and external systems. - Define and design AI solution architectures and drive their implementation together with the engineering team. - Build and orchestrate AI agents and agentic workflows using LLM models and external tools. - Contribute architectural ideas and propose pragmatic technical solutions. - Design systems with clear failure modes and debuggability in mind. - Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. - Collaborate closely with Product Owner to deliver features from concept to production. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and integrate emerging technologies when they provide real value. Das bringst du mit Requirements: - 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering. - Strong backend development experience with Go. - Strong experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript. - Experience developing full-stack web applications in production environments. - Solid understanding of software architecture and system design. - Experience building systems with high scalability, availability, and reliability requirements. - Hands-on experience with observability tools and practices (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting). - Experience working with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Practical experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, or AI-driven workflows. - Ability to effectively use modern AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude. - Proven ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to production. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. - High level of ownership and proactive mindset. - Fluent English (minimum B2). Nice to have - Experience building AI agents or agent-based workflows. - Experience with RAG architectures or LLM integration pipelines. - Experience with event-driven architectures - Experience with automated testing strategies for complex systems. - Knowledge of German language. Job Description The Role The Sr. Technical Consultant, Expert Services is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team – consulting with customers and configuring the ServiceNow Platform products based on configuration best practices – all with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes.
