User Acquisition Manager

• Own and scale paid acquisition across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, etc.) • Manage and optimize UA budgets, allocating spend based on performance and ROI • Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities across channels, creatives, and audiences • Continuously test new hypotheses, sources, and approaches to scale efficiently • Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve performance • Monitor key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention) and make data-driven decisions • Take full ownership of UA campaigns and drive their performance end-to-end
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile apps/games
- Hands-on experience with major UA platforms (Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin)
- Experience working with meaningful budgets
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with raw data
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention)
- Experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, etc.)
- Solid understanding of attribution, SKAN, ATT, and privacy frameworks
- Structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
- Advanced English communication skills for day-to-day collaboration

Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager will be the critical link between our digital marketing team and our technical and SEO-driven digital efforts.
