• Lead change strategy and execution for Oracle ERP Cloud initiatives supporting Finance stakeholders • Partner with Finance leaders, IT, HR, and program teams to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure sustained business outcomes • Define and execute comprehensive change management strategies for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and enhancements • Align change plans to Finance priorities, business processes, and enterprise transformation goals • Translate technical ERP changes into business impacts and actionable insights for stakeholders • Identify and assess impacted Finance stakeholder groups across functions (e.g., FP&A, Accounting, Procurement) • Design and implement adoption strategies, including training, reinforcement, and performance support (e.g., digital adoption tools) • Define and track success metrics (adoption, usage, proficiency, business outcomes) • Lead change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to proactively mitigate risks • Apply and evolve Akamai's Change Management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or Transformation roles
- Proven experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance) implementations or similar ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday Financials)
- Understanding of Finance processes (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
- Lead development and execution of end-to-end change strategies for large-scale programs and AI-driven initiatives
- Dedicated analytical skills to define KPIs, measure adoption, and translate insights into actionable outcomes
