District Manager – Primary Care

• Hire, coach, develop and retain a high-performing team of primary care sales representatives • Deliver sales performance to meet or exceed district sales plan • Oversee daily in-field activity and management of sales team • Ensure team execution of territory account plans • Optimize resource utilization by setting sales performance targets
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales management experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in leadership and management
- Knowledge of primary care sales and disease states
