Site Contracts Manager
Precision Medicine Group
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts • Work with supervisor and various internal/external key stakeholders to resolve/escalate contractual issues • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards • Update relevant study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution • Establish, track, report and manage site contract metrics • Support the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving • Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to affect the timely execution of contracts • Recognize where processes can be improved and take corrective action
Job Requirements
- Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree
- Experience in a CRO/healthcare field
- Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts and Site Budget negotiations, but no less than 5 years’ experience
- Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor

Job Summary The Business Manager is responsible for driving business performance through strategic planning, & operational oversight. This role plays a key part in shaping business strategy, monitoring performance, and providing insights through the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews. The Business Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Business Planning - Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Analyze market trends, business performance, and competitive landscape to inform strategic direction. - Identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and operational improvement. - Support leadership in setting short- and long-term business objectives. Business Performance & Reporting - Prepare and present comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for senior leadership. - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and performance metrics. - Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with finance, operations, sales, and other departments to gather relevant data and insights. - Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects. - Act as a key point of contact for business performance-related inquiries. Operational Support - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes. - Monitor progress against business plans and strategic objectives. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Communications - Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned to company goals. - Craft clear, compelling messaging on strategy, performance, change initiatives and priorities. - Own key communication challenges (Town halls, MBR, QBR, monthly priorities email, executive updates etc.) Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). - MBA preferred - 10 + years experience in business management, strategy, or a related analytical role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
