• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups) • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, and Amadeus. Training may be provided • Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests • Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification, Inventory Management and design scalable and optimized solutions aligned with industry best practices • Drive track cadence meeting and stakeholder meetings, configuration, create Lean specs, perform FUT's and solution validation • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities in P2P lifecycle • Lead CRP sessions, demos, and user trainings • Own module-level delivery across project lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy) • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively • Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization • Define integration touchpoints and support execution with technical teams • Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts and review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices • Develop accelerators, templates, and reusable assets and support building Highstreet IT’s Oracle SCM practice and go-to-market initiatives
