What you’ll be doing • Making targeted outbound calls to prospective students to maximise applications, confirmations and ultimately enrolments • Responding to student enquiries and assisting students primarily via telephone, email and instant messaging channels. • Adhering to pre-agreed service level commitments. • Maintaining data integrity protocols, ensuring it is consistently and accurately recorded. • Undertaking other such duties may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business. What you’ll have - Be fluent in Mandarin. - Confident and professional telephone manners. - Superb communication skills including an excellent standard of spoken and written English. - A positive, can-do attitude and high level of initiative. - Ability to perform well under pressure and multi-task. - Experience of working in a proactive, rather than reactive manner. - Experience of using Excel and Word. - Excellent time management and ability to meet established deadlines. - Ability to maintain focus and perspective at all times. - Supportive and collaborative. - High personal standards of achievement. - Honest and conscientious. - Energetic and determined. - Sales and customer-service oriented. • Supporting the creation of visual content for our marketing and communication channels • Designing graphics and visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns • Creating and editing video content (short-form videos, reels, interviews, highlight clips) • Assisting with the visual storytelling of the Keystone Sports brand across platforms • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to translate ideas and concepts into strong visuals • Supporting the further development of our visual identity and design templates • Keeping an eye on design trends, video formats, and creative best practices on social media
