• Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12.x technical solutions. • Develop and maintain: • PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers • SQL queries and performance tuning • Oracle Forms and Reports • XML Publisher (BI Publisher) reports • Oracle Workflow customizations • Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Reports, Integrations, and Workflow (RICEW) objects • Develop and customize Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages, controllers, regions, and Application Modules. • Design and develop Oracle ADF applications and integrations where required. • Create and support REST/SOAP web services and integrations with third-party systems. • Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using APIs, Open Interface tables, and Concurrent Programs. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. • Perform code reviews and optimize SQL and PL/SQL performance. • Prepare technical design documents, deployment documentation, and unit test cases. • Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Support application upgrades, patching, and production deployments. • Participate in estimations, solution design, testing, and release activities.

• Support end to end AP activities, including receipt collection, document verification, approval coordination, and posting entries in the accounting system. • Maintain vendor information and assist with timely vendor payments. • Contribute to AP reconciliations and month end closing tasks. • Prepare and issue customer invoices based on project milestones and contract terms. • Address customer billing queries and assist in resolving discrepancies. • Process and post customer payments (bank transfers, cheques, digital payments). • Maintain accurate AR records and support follow ups on outstanding balances. • Process daily cash receipts and ensure accurate posting. • Assist in preparing cash flow reports for internal review. • Support bank reconciliations and other cash related month end activities. • Generate and maintain AP and AR aging reports, highlighting overdue balances and trends. • Assist with internal reporting and contribute to process improvements. • Prepare semi monthly timesheet compliance reports. • Follow up with employees and managers on missing or incomplete submissions. • Coordinate with HR and team leads to support payroll accuracy.

• Develop, curate, and maintain high-quality proposal content and supporting materials for Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements. • Work closely with our capture management team to develop, refine, and deliver the most current and relevant proposal/orals content—including content and diagrams related to Oracle Cloud services—tailored to specific opportunities. • Partner with delivery teams to define and draft content for new Oracle Cloud services and unique solutions for inclusion in upcoming proposals. • Ensure all proposal content and graphics, particularly those relating to Oracle Cloud, follow established review processes and internal toll gates, maintaining a high standard of proposal content quality and organization. • Maintain all proposal content in an organized, easily accessible manner within Microsoft Teams.

• Configure core Project Financial, Resource, and Portfolio modules • Translate complex client business requirements into robust system solutions • Experience with the technology implementation life cycle, preferably with all phases • Excellent business analysis skills including the ability to gather and document requirements • Provide training and support to end-users • Showcase effective product leadership at each level of the product life cycle

• Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Procurement solutions (PPM) solutions for our clients. • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into project and portfolio performance. • Provide training and support to end-users. • Showcase effective product leadership at each level of the product life cycle. • Provide leadership and best practices for improving operational efficiencies and profitability of client business.

• Customize and configure Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules based on client requirements. • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into system customizations. • Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM/ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, time tracking). • Utilize tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware for seamless data exchange. • Design and implement fast formulas to meet the client requirements • Design and implement reports to meet the client requirements. • Plan and execute the migration of employee data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM/ERP • Ensure data integrity and validation during the migration process. • Conduct various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing. • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users. • Provide training sessions to HR personnel and other stakeholders on system usage. • Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the HCM system post-implementation. • Troubleshoot issues, implement patches, and ensure the system remains up to date. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to align technical solutions with business needs. • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.

• Review and ensure compliance with RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements. • Manage and track proposal timelines, deliverables, and submission deadlines. • Fill out required forms and documentation (e.g., W9 and other compliance documents). • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required inputs and ensure completeness. • Create and format RFP responses using organizational templates (e.g., Highstreet template). • Compile, edit, and structure content from multiple contributors. • Ensure consistency, clarity, and professional presentation of all proposal documents. • Submit completed proposals as per client requirements and guidelines. • Maintain and enhance boilerplate content for reuse in proposals. • Assist in developing and formatting sales presentations using PowerPoint. • Support documentation efforts, including writing and editing standard response content.

• Design and convey to the development teams overall and end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, which span across project portfolio management and Cloud finance integrating with GL, AP, AR, etc. • Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, customizations, and integrations. • Lead end-to-end solution development for Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support. • Establish and enforce technical guidelines, development standards, and governance for Oracle Fusion applications. • Communicate and lead client’s through process improvements using industry best practices. • Own scope by identifying and proposing change requests. • Collaborate, and foster a collaborative and innovating work environment, with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud technologies and liaison between business, functional, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration. • Mentor and guide developers and other team members in the implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions. • Architect and convey to the development team to implement extensions to Oracle Fusion Cloud to meet specific business needs • Design and oversee complex integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other third-party systems. • Innovate and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, optimization, and the adoption of new tools and technologies for the Highstreet NexTech Lab.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects across Oracle Financial Cloud environments. • Guide clients through requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management) • Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations. • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders • Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for PPM solutions. • Strengthen PPM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks • Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks. • Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across PPM programs. • Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams. • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development. • Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
