• Perform daily SAP BASIS administration including system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management, and issue resolution • Support SAP systems across ECC, S/4HANA On-Premise, RISE Private Cloud, S/4HANA Public Cloud, and SAP BTP • Manage SAP BTP services, subaccounts, entitlements, connectivity, deployments, and troubleshooting • Handle installation, upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and database administration (primarily HANA DB) • Conduct system refreshes, client copies, and environment build activities • Support integrations between SAP systems and SAP BTP, including Cloud Connector configuration and destination setup • Ensure system availability, stability, and adherence to global IT and security standards • Collaborate with global teams for incidents, change requests, deployments, and scheduled maintenance • Participate in follow-the-sun operations, including meetings and handovers across multiple time zones • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, landscape diagrams, and operational guides

• Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across diverse industries • Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC solutions • Configure and optimise Employee Central modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off • Collaborate with clients to define and document HR processes and system requirements • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities • Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning • Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

• Lead the project from planning and execution through to completion • Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget • Create the resource plan and work to ensure availability and allocation of those resources • Support change management activities • Drive risk and issue management activities • Project Governance: organize regular cadence meetings, such as project status meetings; plan and maintain stakeholder management activities; keep and manage project-level action items identified throughout the project. • Change Management: conduct change management activities. • Scope Management: manage and monitor scope delivery; develop the project plan and maintain the work management tool to be used. • Time Management: manage scheduling and resource activities; review timesheet entries in relation to project billing requirements. • Cost Management: manage and maintain the project budget spreadsheet. • Quality Management: run QM processes, tracking delivery of related documents that ensure project delivery quality (e.g., acceptance forms, cutover plan, Go/No-Go materials). • Risk Management: manage and maintain the project risk register. • Issue Management: manage and maintain the project issue log. • Resource Management: ensure the project’s resource needs are identified and met in a timely manner. • Communication Management: create, maintain, and follow the project communication plan; maintain and distribute meeting minutes; draft and send essential project communications; work to ensure effective lines of communication within the project team. • Test Management (if applicable): lead the test team and help ensure that test activities are completed successfully as planned and within the project’s pre-agreed success criteria.
