Job Title: Paid Social Media Specialist Salary: up to AUD 3,000 Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00AM to 6:00PM Sydney Time Holidays: TBD Role Overview: As the Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of the paid social strategy for a portfolio of clients across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest.  Managing client accounts day-to-day involves performance monitoring and continually optimising social media campaigns by analysing datasets. You will be required to also review account health and provide actionable recommendations based on trends and key insights. Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Strategist to build and execute a platform strategy for each client account with the aim of optimising performance to achieve overall client goals - Manage budgets, bids, and optimisation for paid social campaigns across multiple platforms and client accounts in line with key metrics and client performance goals - Work mainly on the Meta platform (Facebook and Instagram), with occasional requirements for LinkedIn, Pinterest & TikTok - Create engaging copy, captions and content whilst managing the digital content library. Collaborate with the Copy team when necessary - Conduct, measure, and implement A/B test results for ad copy and targeting - Analyse and report social media results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement - Experiment, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI for clients. - Perform traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/ mediums - Research competitors/market trends/new technologies to improve greater targeting and campaign growth - Occasional attendance in client meetings to provide technical advice on best practices for the platform - Work with the wider team to improve and strengthen overall account performance - Collaborate with the Strategist to plan and execute campaigns that effectively use different channels, ad types, tactics, messaging and creative to drive the ideal outcome for our clients - Ongoing training and development - Share the wisdom and provide training, industry and platform insights within the Social team WIPs and wider team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 year’s experience building, managing, and optimising social campaigns - Facebook, Instagram, and occasional LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tik Tok
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
  • Experience working in agencies or fast paced teams across multiple channels
  • Up to date with industry trends of the paid social landscape (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok etc.)
