The Pfizer Health Representative will be the central contact in connecting customers within their accounts to therapies that advance wellness, prevention, treatments, and cures to the most feared diseases of our time. Central to the Health Representative's role will be the introduction of a new & promoted medicines and innovative digital service that will help elevate Health Care Professionals' patient care. The role is consultative; spanning Pfizer's entire resource and product portfolio for their customer base and one that will result in long standing and truly valued relationships with customers. The Heath Representative will draw on healthcare knowledge and understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry, as well as Pfizer and the product portfolio, so that customers achieve the solutions they need. The Health Representative should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and building/ maintaining effective, long-term business relationships with assigned territory customers. The Health Representative identifies and prioritizes Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers' business and strategic imperatives. The Health Representative is responsible for developing and executing an effective sales planning for Channel and HCPs - Ability to effectively identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies by customer to maximize overall effectiveness and impact. Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans and adapts based on self-identified opportunities and insights. - Effectively builds rapport and relationships with customers across virtual and F2F environments; maintains a methodical approach toward call objectives (e.g., clear next steps and appropriate documentation, managing to KPIs); utilizes current digital tools effectively (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Office) as well as adapts quickly to new/beta tools (e.g., digital triage app) for successful customer engagement; leverages analytics to assist with developing insights and next best action plans - Compliantly engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand by proactively providing education that, in colleague's judgment, best meet HCP and patients' needs - Develops and delivers relevant, targeted messaging utilizing approved materials via customer engagement to drive product demand (ask the HCP to change their prescribing behaviour/close sales) and leverages customer priorities to drive a positive business outcome; proactively provides insights for the development of new and innovative approved product messaging and resources - Maintain an in-depth of market knowledge, products and disease states that enable meaningful dialogue with key stakeholders to build credibility and add value when calling on providers. - Deliver relevant, targeted messaging compliantly utilizing approved materials via customer engagement to drive product demand (ask the HCP to change their prescribing behaviour/close sales) and proactively provide insights for the development of new and innovative approved product messaging and resources. - Responsible for strategic deployment of Pfizer resources to support HCP (e.g. patient education, adherence resources); work effectively across multiple virtual engagement platforms based on customer preferences/compliance guidelines; able to integrate guidance from management and other support functions (Marketing, Medical) and technical solutions (e.g., content recommendation RTE) into call planning ; collaborate effectively with other Customer-Facing (CF) colleagues - Present contract terms where appropriate, proactively answer on-label questions; proactively introduce customers to future state Pfizer Pro with access to appropriate targeted content. - Collaborate effectively and compliantly with cross-functional colleagues, including Medical, Market Access, Marketing to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives. Able to connect rapidly with appropriate SMEs to address customer inquiries. - Effectively use calendaring tools, leadership goals, and personal insights to address customer priorities calls effectively; and bring insights from customer surveys to leadership to improve model. You will leverage your skills in pitching, solutioning, and negotiating with customers to grow our business in the region while helping business owners, finance teams, and e-commerce teams improve their financial operations. As the Education Segment Account Executive, you will drive Airwallex's expansion in Singapore's education ecosystem-including private education institutions, international schools, enrichment chains, student recruitment agencies, tuition centers, and cross-border education providers. This role is based in Singapore. Responsibilities: - Leverage existing networks or build relationships within the Singapore education ecosystem (international schools, private education institutions, recruitment partners, enrichment and training providers). - Identify high-potential prospects and use effective strategies to generate leads that drive revenue growth. - Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition. - Identify and understand prospects' pain points to propose solutions, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. - Lead commercial negotiations to increase customer revenue. - Work collaboratively with Account Managers and SDRs to develop strategies to maximize acquisition of new revenue and market share within your territory. - Ensure the best onboarding process and customer experience for new customers, working cross-functionally to solve customer pain points and improve our product. - Maintain a database of current and potential customers using our CRM. Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a complex product with a track record of top performance. - Passionate about sales with the ability to develop and execute strategies for the education segment. - Experience identifying and influencing key decision makers and stakeholders from finance managers to CEOs, with strong presentation and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving multiple products. - Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment. - Strong interest in technology/financial services and a deep understanding of the space. - Success-oriented and are willing to 'go the extra mile' in your work as needed to achieve results. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working in fast-paced start-up payments organization. - Experience working with education institutions, student recruitment networks, enrichment/tuition chains, or EdTech platforms. - Existing relationships within the Singapore education ecosystem is a strong advantage.
