Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, audience engagement, communications, or related fields required.
- Experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and paid channels.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including email campaign deployment, audience segmentation, workflow automation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with digital advertising strategy, audience growth initiatives, lifecycle marketing, and conversion-focused campaign development.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, audience growth, lead generation, and web analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
