For those based in Toronto, we operate on a hybrid basis (2 times a week) out of our downtown Toronto office. About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Range to join the Range team at Ensemble. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand & Marketing – Range, this role will support coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across Range, Ensemble’s consumer travel and lifestyle brand. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in implementing marketing initiatives across all marketing channels. This role is designed to evolve alongside the growth of the Range brand and the development of the marketing team —initially providing support across marketing activities while progressively taking on greater coordination and ownership of campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role will work closely with internal teams including editorial, design, digital, and partner relations to help ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across platforms. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate marketing assets, timelines, and project workflows to ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule. - Work collaboratively with editorial, design, and digital teams to review and prepare partner submissions and marketing content for use across Range platforms. - Assist with website content management, including uploading and updating content and supporting digital marketing initiatives across Range platforms. - Help ensure consistency in Range brand messaging and presentation across marketing materials and audience touchpoints. - Partner and coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives across Range marketing channels including print, direct mail, website, and email. - Support broader marketing initiatives and special projects as required. Qualifications - College or university degree in marketing, communications or experience in a related field. - 1+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, media, publishing, or a related field. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a growing and evolving team environment. Nice to have: - Experience with digital marketing platforms, email marketing tools, or content management systems is an asset. - Interest in travel, media, or lifestyle brands is considered an asset. We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position is: $45,000 to $55,000. Role Description The VP, Destination, Tours & Specialty Partnerships is responsible for leading Ensemble’s global strategy and commercial performance across tour operators, sun & sand suppliers, DMCs, ground transportation, insurance, air partnerships, and tourism boards. This executive role owns the commercial frameworks, partner strategy, revenue growth, and overall performance of the Destination & Specialty portfolio. This role will lead a high-performing team, strengthen strategic supplier relationships, expand Ensemble’s global footprint, and drive measurable value for both members and partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on commercial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about elevating the travel ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Ownership - Develop and execute the global strategy for Destination & Specialty partnerships aligned with Ensemble’s commercial objectives. - Own revenue, override, marketing contribution, and growth targets across the full portfolio. - Evaluate portfolio performance and optimize mix across tour, DMC, sun & sand, ground, air, insurance, and tourism board partners. - Identify whitespace opportunities and onboard new high-value, strategic partners globally. - Commercial Negotiation & Frameworks - Lead complex negotiations to secure competitive commercial terms, overrides, marketing funds, and exclusive member benefits. - Establish profitable distribution frameworks that drive measurable ROI for both Ensemble and its partners. - Review and oversee all contracts, ensuring compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and financial objectives. - Partner Relationship Management - Own executive-level relationships with key strategic partners. - Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders. - Monitor sales performance and implement corrective initiatives where targets are at risk. - Represent Ensemble at global industry events and elevate the consortium’s market positioning. - Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across the Destination & Specialty vertical. - Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment on commercial goals. - Collaborate with technology teams to enhance distribution, reporting visibility, and partner integration. - Drive accountability through KPIs and data-led decision making. - Member Value & Experience - Ensure partner portfolio delivers differentiated, high-quality travel experiences for Ensemble members and their clients. - Identify opportunities to enhance member engagement, education, and adoption of preferred programs. - Support strategic initiatives that elevate the overall value proposition of the consortium. Role Description The Director, Partner Relations – Destinations & Tourism Boards is responsible for leading Ensemble’s global tourism board portfolio strategy and performance. This role owns the commercial relationships, revenue growth, marketing activation, and strategic expansion of destination partnerships globally. The Director will drive measurable ROI for tourism board partners while increasing member engagement and destination production across the Ensemble network. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded relationship leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
