Assistant Client Manager

Fieldstone

• Support Client Managers and project teams to keep work moving forward and clients informed • Coordinate with internal teams, manage communication, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality • Define scope of work (project brief) and communicate client standards • Overall project quality control and project file and folder preparation • Project architecture and engineering coordination and communication of client redlines to team • Assist in preparation and execution of consultant contracts • Responsible for communication with vendors and contractors • Manage quick turn client projects and assist in checking with vendors on status • Mentor project teams/drafters on client standards and means and methods • Consistently provide complete and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering preferred
  • 8+ years minimum of progressive experience in the construction industry with proven organizational skills
  • Knowledge of design, design trends, construction methodology, material applications, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
  • Knowledge of architectural building systems
  • Knowledge of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and process
  • Knowledge of building codes and the ability to research and apply/incorporate that knowledge into technical documents
  • Advanced design, visual, and graphic presentation skills
  • Advanced CAD drafting skills
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Role Description Solver is seeking a Partner Development Manager III to join our growing Industry Sales team. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, sales, and strong collaboration skills to drive meaningful impact across the business.
