• Manage and drive the end-to-end interview process, ensuring timely progression of candidates at every stage • Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups • Coordinate all logistics — virtual meeting links, onsite interview rooms, travel arrangements where applicable, and candidate communications • Draft, prepare, and distribute offer letters with a high degree of accuracy • Initiate background checks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion • Launch onboarding workflows and track completion of required documentation and tasks • Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Support process improvements and documentation of recruiting workflows
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client’s business • Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage • Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATS • Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers — providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations • Partner with Sourcers and Coordinators, ensuring they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectively • Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early
• Hire, coach, develop, and consistently motivate the Supplier Enablement team • Ensure continuous collaboration and shared understanding across the team • Enable the team to engage positively with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with external client Procurement teams on key supplier initiatives • Guide and support internal Account teams on client-initiated projects • Develop and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Build and maintain internal and external SharePoint sites for Supplier Enablement • Manage Supplier Enablement initiatives across Hays Americas • Own ongoing compliance tracking and reporting • Continuously review and improve processes, templates, and tools for Supplier Enablement • Collaborate with internal Sales teams on Supplier Enablement objectives • Lead the Supplier Enablement workstream on Account project implementations

• Partner with recruiters and the business to develop a diverse candidate pipeline. • Work with recruiters in defining and maintaining hiring needs while understanding requirements of the roles, the challenges, and how it fits into the organization. • Identify prospects through strong research by using various sourcing platforms and strategies, ie, job boards, social media, tech school, military recruitment, feet on street, etc. • Create, maintain, and track strategic partnerships with external groups/organizations. • Execute tactical outreach, craft custom outreach messaging, and screen prospective candidates. • Review and qualify active candidate pipeline. • Work with schedulers and recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.

OUR VALUES BUILD PARTNERSHIPS - THINK BEYOND - DO THE RIGHT THING Your New Role: Enterprise Solutions – Cognizant MSP Responsible for the day-to-day management and progression of Contingent Worker requisitions of Pre-Identified candidates. You will work as a liaison between our internal partners, Cognizant stakeholders, Empaneled Suppliers, Third-Party vendors, Independent Contractors, and W2/T4 employees to ensure onboarding and compliance is in line with SLA requirements and with added value throughout. You will build and maintain effective working relationships with Operational and Senior Managers as well as engaging with Vendor Management Team, Onboarding Team, Supplier Enablement, Supplier Partners and Third-Party vendors, building mutually beneficial relationships to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding. Driving Partnerships - Building strong, value-add relationships with the Client to enable demand management and operational alignment. - Engage and educate key stakeholders on the partnership with Enterprise Solutions. - Connecting with Hiring Managers in to ensure relationships are maximized. Managing Process & Ensuring Governance - Providing consultative advice to Hiring Managers by discussing relevant onboarding procedures and identifying risk and compliance assessment - Managing the end-to-end onboarding process within SLA guidelines. - Reviewing and resolving service-associated issues, escalating to Client Managers as required. - Supporting Client Managers and Hiring Managers on ad-hoc projects. - Maintaining responsibility of the following, by engaging with Cognizant Stakeholders, Empanaled Suppliers, Hays internal partners, Third-Party vendors, and contractors: - Conducting intake calls with the contractor, ensuring proper resource qualification is met, and guiding contractor through the onboarding process - Routing requisitions to the appropriate Empaneled supplier or internal team for vetting and onboarding - Facilitating the end-to-end onboarding process, providing comprehensive, timely updates to Hiring managers, internal partners, vendors and/or contractors.
