• Support the design, positioning, and application of client-focused workforce solutions across the Americas • Develop Americas-focused workforce solution designs across permanent, contingent, and services-based work models • Serve as a Solutions subject matter expert across the sales lifecycle and strategic client accounts • Define service delivery models and identify key operational dependencies, risks, and transition considerations • Maintain awareness of workforce technologies, including VMS, ATS, CRM, analytics, automation, AI, and digital tools.

• Own operational management of suppliers, C2C vendors, and third-party relationships • Facilitate supplier briefings and manage vendors through the full recruitment cycle • Own end-to-end delivery of EOR and AOR services across MSP and CMO business units • Develop and maintain an onshore and offshore service delivery model to support client partnerships at scale • Deliver against contractual SLAs, maintain an appropriate demand plan, and operate across multiple clients, contracts, and sectors simultaneously • Create delivery models for pre-identified workers and subcontracted arrangements within niche client environments

• Prepare and assist with sales and use tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate filings • Process and track tax payments across jurisdictions • Reconcile sales tax accounts and resolve discrepancies • Maintain documentation to support filings and audits • Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations (cash, accruals, tax accounts, etc.) • Investigate variances and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items • Support period-end close processes and ensure adherence to deadlines • Assist in maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness • Coordinate and prepare property tax and franchise tax filings • Track filing deadlines and ensure compliance across jurisdictions • Assist in the preparation of support schedules and documentation for corporate income tax returns (prepared by third-party advisors) • Manage and track business license renewals across jurisdictions • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes • Assist in preparing ad hoc financial reports and analysis for management.

• Overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end administrative and operational processes for managing SOWs within the VMS • Serve as a trusted advisor to client managers and key stakeholders • Act as the subject matter expert for SOW processes and policies • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers • Maximize VMS capabilities to deliver results

• Take full ownership of individual and team fee achievement across your accounts • Generate opportunities to grow the client account and drive team results • Partner with key client stakeholders to identify and act on further growth opportunities • Identify client development opportunities and work with the management team, International Sourcing Centre (ISC), and Solutions team to implement client development strategies • Collaborate with the Solutions and ISC teams to design and present tailored solutions to the client when required • Monitor competitor performance and provide recommended actions to the leadership team • Actively promote Hays’ full service offering and engage the client at every opportunity • Develop and drive budgets, business plans, and sales plans aligned to account strategy • Direct and manage team performance in line with strategy, budgets, and business plans • Oversee all client placement activities — including onboarding, timesheets, aftercare, and dispute management — ensuring each is handled effectively • Conduct regular business planning to analyze team strengths, growth opportunities, and threats to the program • Ensure full compliance with service agreements, contracts, and all applicable legislative requirements • Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure all candidates meet critical process and client-specific requirements • Review audit findings and provide actionable recommendations for compliance improvements • Engage, direct, and support team members in contributing to quality management, risk identification, and issue resolution

• Manage and drive the end-to-end interview process, ensuring timely progression of candidates at every stage • Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups • Coordinate all logistics — virtual meeting links, onsite interview rooms, travel arrangements where applicable, and candidate communications • Draft, prepare, and distribute offer letters with a high degree of accuracy • Initiate background checks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion • Launch onboarding workflows and track completion of required documentation and tasks • Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Support process improvements and documentation of recruiting workflows
