• Provide onsite management, direct installation subcontractors effectively • Plan installation sequences and obtain field dimensions • Complete onsite presence safely and manage communication between client, general contractor, and installers • Oversee safety best practices including daily JHA reporting and routine safety inspections • Ensure project schedule is maintained and prepare two look-ahead • Protect existing finishes from damage and maintain daily housekeeping
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5 years industry experience minimum
- Must have strong leadership skills to oversee and manage subcontracted installation crews
- Must have people skills to effectively communicate project progress and details with onsite client project managers and superintendents
