• Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims. • Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance – up to 12 hours per day. • Ability to travel to different locations for investigations, which may involve driving, walking, or using public transportation. • Maintain visual focus during surveillance activities, often for extended periods. • Ability to navigate various environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings. • Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports, as well as Police reports. • Ability to write a detailed surveillance report to Company Standards. • Ability to review video in order to properly prepare reports. • Ability to covertly document a Subject without being detected. • Ability to search, locate and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process. • Ability to react quickly and use good judgement to scenarios that may arise during surveillance. • Knowledge of pretexting is preferable. • Ability to think outside the box.

• Manage provider enrollment & credentialing: Lead the full credentialing lifecycle for new and existing providers and practice locations — including Medicare (PECOS), Medicare Advantage plans, and other payers. • Maintain provider data: Ensure CAQH profiles are complete, current, and accurately reflect provider credentials and practice information. • Optimize workflows: Assess current credentialing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Airtable, automation tools, and best practices. • Develop SOPs: Write, maintain, and iterate standard operating procedures for credentialing functions and integrate them into operational practice. • Monitor compliance: Track credentialing status, re-credentialing deadlines, notices, and plan requirements to ensure uninterrupted provider participation in payer networks. • Communicate across teams: Partner with internal stakeholders — including Clinical Operations, Payer Strategy, and Provider Growth — to align priorities and share updates on credentialing progress and blockers. • Provider support: Serve as a credentialing point of contact for providers and internal teams, answering questions and coordinating documentation submissions.

• Own Financial Crime Program Execution • Serve as Dakota's formally designated BSA Officer for FinCEN, applicable state regulators, and the federal trust charter entity • Hold SAR decisioning and filing authority • Oversee Dakota's BSA/AML, sanctions, and transaction monitoring programs across all US entities • Ensure monitoring systems are tuned, effective, and defensible • Manage alert review, investigations, SAR filings, and escalation workflows • Maintain documentation discipline and audit-ready program artifacts • Coordinate independent testing and remediation tracking • Support regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation efforts • Partner Deeply with Engineering • Work closely with product and engineering to embed controls into infrastructure — not layer them on after the fact • Optimize and evolve Dakota's compliance tooling stack (Sumsub, Unit21, TRM Labs) • Contribute to rule design, threshold tuning, and monitoring enhancements • Identify opportunities for responsible automation and AI leverage • Support Multi-Jurisdictional Coordination • Provide senior oversight across all US financial crimes programs • Act as the primary regulatory point of contact for financial crimes across US examinations as Dakota advances through trust charter and federal charter supervision • Coordinate financial crime monitoring as Dakota expands into Europe, aligning US BSA program requirements with emerging MiCA and EMI expectations • Ensure appropriate risk posture across US compliance programs
