• Originate Loan Application through referral sources • Increase loan production of the region, in alignment with corporate objectives and targets • Develop, support, train and mentor a team of loan officers • Facilitate ongoing training sessions for Loan Officers and other branch personnel • Review score cards and production reports, identify areas for improvement to optimize business performance • Monitor and develop KPI’s for team • Educate team on new loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make informed decisions to best serve their customers • Advise and assist Loan Officers on company policies and procedures as well as compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite loan processing and ensure timely closings. • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times, adhering to strict privacy policies • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to your team • Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors to enhance visibility and generate new business prospects.
