Senior Accountant

Role Description T2S Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team in a remote capacity. This key role will specialize in managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in government contracting. - Perform month-end close activities, including preparing and posting accounting journal entries, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment, and completing account reconciliations across various financial statement areas. - Prepare customer invoices and compile supporting documentation. - Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to streamline accounts receivable and billing. - Review and approve accounts payable vouchers, including coding and supporting documentation. - Support external audit requests and provide required documentation. - Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; candidates with significant relevant accounting experience will be considered. - 4–7+ years of accounting experience. - Experience in the government contracting industry preferred. - Experience with Deltek Costpoint strongly preferred. - Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (primarily Excel). Requirements - Compensation: 90-110k (DOE).
