• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Proof mobile applications and SDK’s for Android and iOS • Proactively drive all phases of mobile app development, from ideation to release to tracking and analyzing the impact of shipped features • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, QA engineers, and product managers • Work with existing and new vendors providing components, SDK’s and API’s enabling Proof mobile apps • Provide leadership and critical input on advancing technical standards and best practices as appropriate • Contribute to continuous improvements of mobile app automation, unit tests, CI/CD • Triage bugs, track software defects, and ensure their timely resolution

• Design, build, and maintain scripts, APIs, and workflow automations that power key workplace systems — collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian) and identity platforms (Okta). • Develop lightweight services or integrations that connect collaboration, GenAI-tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and internal systems, enabling agentic flows (e.g., virtual assistants, workflow agents) that reduce manual work and improve user experience. • Implement monitoring, logging and observability for automation and AI workflows; troubleshoot issues and uncover opportunities for reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. • Contribute to the evolution of secure onboarding, off-boarding, and mover workflows across access, permissions and SaaS tools — with automation and safe agentic handoffs where appropriate. • Collaborate with IT, Security, and People teams to ensure identity, data, and compliance standards (SSO, DLP, classification) are deeply embedded through automation and script-driven guardrails. • Participate in pilot projects for new AI and productivity capabilities: integrate LLMs & agents, track usage/adoption metrics, build flows that assist users (e.g., knowledge-agent, document summarizer). • Contribute to the code-review process, documentation of shared libraries for workflows/agents, and build a library of integration templates for reuse across the team. • Partner with senior engineers to modernize workplace systems through scalable architecture, API-first design, and intelligent agentic workflows.

• Manage technical interactions with customers in India, becoming their go-to expert and helping grow our Metis AI platform into a market leader. • Engage with customers in India to understand their needs, acting as a technical expert on Axelera AI’s platform. • Address inquiries, provide product knowledge, and resolve technical issues directly or via R&D coordination. • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and technology evangelism. • Support Sales in expanding existing accounts, identifying new customers, and defending design wins. • Track customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups and effective communication. • Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management for product improvements. • Conduct competitive analysis through customer and industry insights. • Assist in creating clear, compelling, and instructive product documentation. • Advocate for customers internally, ensuring responsiveness and driving product enhancements.
