• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solutions engineers focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion • Serve as a player-coach by actively participating in strategic customer engagements, technical discovery, product demos, architectural discussions and proof of concepts • Partner closely with sales leadership and account executives to drive complex enterprise deals from initial qualification through technical validation and solution alignment • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to prospects and customers across fraud prevention, identity verification, digital trust, and transaction security workflows • Translate customer pain points and business requirements into scalable technical solutions leveraging Proof’s platform capabilities • Establish and continuously iterate upon pre-sales best practices, demo strategy, technical enablement, and operational processes to improve team effectiveness and scalability • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success to influence roadmap priorities and improve customer outcomes • Support expansion into new verticals, use cases, and strategic partnerships • Represent Proof at customer meetings, executive presentations, conferences, and industry events

• Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across new features, enhancements, and platform releases • Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks to improve reliability, coverage, and release velocity • Partner cross-functionally with developers, product managers, designers, and infrastructure teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing QA insights during sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews • Own regression testing strategy and release validation across environments and deployments • Validate backward compatibility and ensure consistent functionality across versions and production configurations • Ensure browser and device compatibility across supported environments • Evaluate system integrations and complex customer workflows across interacting product features • Perform performance, scale, load, and security testing to identify risks and bottlenecks • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable releases • Triage defects, manage bug tracking, and partner with engineering to drive timely resolution • Define and monitor quality metrics, providing visibility into product health and release readiness • Provide mentorship, establish testing best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

• Design and build end-to-end workflows that handle prospect research, enrichment, prioritization, sequencing, and follow up • Create and maintain Clay playbooks that leverage ICP definitions, buying signals, intent data, past engagement, and closed lost history • Use signals from customer data, conversations, and activity to inform personalization and account prioritization at scale • Partner with Revenue Marketing to translate campaign themes and positioning into outbound automations aligned to GTM priorities • Continuously refine workflows based on performance data so GTM teams spend more time in customer conversations and less time on administrative work • Stay current on emerging AI, automation, and GTM technology offerings that align to Proof’s revenue targets • Help shape what an AI first GTM motion looks like in practice at Proof

• Handle incoming privacy requests. • Escalate requests when appropriate by looping in subject matter experts. • Provide responses to consumers. • Responsible for managing the process and developing process improvements. • Develop tracking, monitoring, and reporting/filtering for requests. • Assist and coordinate with Privacy Counsel on other privacy initiatives, including data mapping and implementing privacy controls, audits, and monitoring. • Monitor, and research state and federal law as they may relate to remote online notarizations and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers. • Partner with internal business partners to meet legal requests. • Review and revise current company policies to ensure legal compliance.

• Support the Commercial Transactions team which is responsible for negotiating all contracts on behalf of the company • Aid in researching legal issues in support of attorneys on the Proof Legal team • Review and revise current company policies to ensure legal compliance • Assist with automation and improving efficiencies related to in-house legal support

• Orchestrate and close profitable growth contracts of $25k-$100k in committed annual revenue. • Establish executive relationships within prospect and customer accounts. Become a subject matter expert in online notarization, eSignature, and Identity. • Develop and execute territory and account plans. • Conduct cold outreach campaigns via phone and email to generate leads. • Professionally manage daily deal progression activities with a sense of urgency. • Lead the review and negotiation of contractual agreements in partnership with Legal. • Perform business reporting and forecasting duties within Salesforce and other company systems. • Communicate effectively in writing leveraging Slack, Google Suite, and email. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and other teams outside of Sales to improve our company and take advantage of market opportunities.

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Proof mobile applications and SDK’s for Android and iOS • Proactively drive all phases of mobile app development, from ideation to release to tracking and analyzing the impact of shipped features • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, QA engineers, and product managers • Work with existing and new vendors providing components, SDK’s and API’s enabling Proof mobile apps • Provide leadership and critical input on advancing technical standards and best practices as appropriate • Contribute to continuous improvements of mobile app automation, unit tests, CI/CD • Triage bugs, track software defects, and ensure their timely resolution

• Own the product strategy for our crypto use case and define a long-term vision for how identity, authentication, and trust are embedded across crypto and payments ecosystems • Lead customer and partner conversations across stablecoin issuers, exchanges, payment companies, compliance organizations, and Web3 platforms to drive insight that informs product direction • Drive early product-market discovery to identify where Proof unlocks real customer value across stablecoin rails, travel rule compliance, AML and KYC workflows, digital identity, verifiable credentials, and agentic commerce • Build deep expertise at the intersection of identity, device intelligence, authentication, and crypto to influence engineering direction and architectural decisions • Develop clear product roadmaps, define success metrics, and present strategy to senior leadership, customers, and partners • Make high judgment decisions in ambiguous environments by synthesizing data, customer feedback, and industry signals • Partner closely with engineering to write specs, manage sprints, troubleshoot customer issues, and guide the execution of complex technical projects • Build strong relationships across the crypto ecosystem and represent Proof at conferences, customer sessions, and industry events • Work with Solutions, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align on positioning, drive adoption, and support early use cases • Support the creation of new business models, partnerships, and technical integrations related to crypto and payments • Guide and mentor other PMs
