• Manage technical interactions with customers in India, becoming their go-to expert and helping grow our Metis AI platform into a market leader. • Engage with customers in India to understand their needs, acting as a technical expert on Axelera AI’s platform. • Address inquiries, provide product knowledge, and resolve technical issues directly or via R&D coordination. • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and technology evangelism. • Support Sales in expanding existing accounts, identifying new customers, and defending design wins. • Track customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups and effective communication. • Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management for product improvements. • Conduct competitive analysis through customer and industry insights. • Assist in creating clear, compelling, and instructive product documentation. • Advocate for customers internally, ensuring responsiveness and driving product enhancements.

• Collaborate with company resources to maximize our opportunities during pre-sale activities • Provide customer and prospect solution demonstrations and presentations at commercial and industrial sites • Develop new and old customers through onsite coaching and consultations to highlight EPLAN products • Implement Eplan software platform at customer sites, onboard/train engineering teams and guide customers through the implementation phase • Build your portfolio of prospects and customer development through identification, coaching and analysis • Present at trade shows and local markets to help increase brand awareness of the potential EPLAN has to offer

• Develop and maintain documentation including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials (in collaboration with Systems, PM, and Marketing) • Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in customer environments (2nd-level support) • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide structured feedback to engineering and quality teams • Ensure proper reporting of activities and customer feedback to engineering and sales • Ensure strict adherence to procedures during installation and/or modification of equipment • Provide technical consultancy for existing products (e.g., claims, production issues, field failures) • Perform hands-on work to address technical claims and support production-related problem-solving • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives for released products • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, quality, service) to ensure product reliability and compliance

• Drive security architecture and perform design and threat modeling reviews • Develop, maintain, and scale Coupa’s security features and tooling • Lead Security Architecture Reviews, Threat Modeling for platform components • Conduct Security Reviews for AI/ML systems addressing unique risks
