Role Description This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects across the SPP market, focusing on solar, wind, and battery storage initiatives. The Development Manager will oversee projects from greenfield identification to financial close, coordinating cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure timely and successful execution. The position emphasizes stakeholder engagement, including landowners, regulatory agencies, and local communities, while supporting corporate strategy and pipeline growth. The role requires strategic thinking, project management expertise, and strong relationship-building skills. Frequent travel within the market will be required to foster partnerships and advance project objectives. Success will be measured by progress toward project milestones, FNTP, and a robust regional pipeline.
